Planned 69-acre development to bring in movies, restaurants, retail

GRANDVIEW HILLS – The Trails at 620 is under construction. The 69-acre development will bring seven restaurants, movies and retail near Grandview Hills.
“Utilities and streets are going in first. We plan to go vertical possibly by June,” said Leslie Perry Sloan, developer of The Trails. She is developing the property with Rodney Speaks. The two purchased the land nearly two years ago.
Permits have been received to build 310,000 square feet at RM 620 and Wilson Parke Avenue, near RM 2222.
“Ninety percent of Phase I is committed,” she said. They plan to announce a few of the stores or restaurants in the next few weeks. continue reading »
